Purpose

Legal & Business Conduct
Adonia Fine Jewelry seeks to establish business relationships with suppliers that demonstrate sound business practices appropriate to the nature of their business. Such practices may include:
- Operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conducting business with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
- Maintaining appropriate standards of governance and professional conduct.
- Maintaining policies or practices designed to help prevent fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, and other unlawful activities, where appropriate.
- Conducting business in accordance with applicable sanctions, export controls, and international trade requirements.
Human Rights

Supplier Due Diligence
