Purpose
This policy provides a general overview of Adonia Fine Jewelry's production process, customization options, and estimated production timeframes.
Our Approach
Every Adonia Fine Jewelry piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail.
Unless otherwise stated, our jewelry is made to order and individually handcrafted specifically for each client. This approach allows us to maintain our quality standards while producing each piece with the care and attention it deserves.
Selected ring sizes or ready-to-ship pieces may occasionally be available for immediate dispatch. Unless expressly identified as ready to ship, jewelry should generally be considered made to order.
Production Timeframes
Ready-to-ship items are generally prepared for shipment within approximately two business days following order confirmation.
Made-to-order pieces generally require approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.
Bespoke, customized, or special-order jewelry may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design, gemstone sourcing, manufacturing requirements, and other operational considerations.
Production timeframes are estimates only and are provided for general guidance. Actual production times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Customization
Many Adonia Fine Jewelry designs may be customized, subject to design feasibility and production requirements.
Depending on the design, available customization options may include:
- Ring size
- Precious metal selection
- Diamond or gemstone selection
- Diamond size or total carat weight
- Setting modifications
- Engraving
- Other design elements, where available
Available options may vary depending on the specific piece.
Bespoke Design
Adonia Fine Jewelry welcomes clients wishing to create a bespoke piece designed exclusively for them.
Depending on the project, the bespoke process may include:
- Initial consultation
- Design development
- Diamond or gemstone selection
- CAD renderings, where appropriate
- Final design approval
- Handcrafted production
Production timelines for bespoke jewelry vary depending on the complexity of the project and will be discussed during the design process.
Order Changes
If you wish to modify your order, please contact our Client Care team as soon as reasonably practicable.
Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where changes can be accommodated, revised production timeframes, additional charges, or both may apply.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once all items are complete.
Where operationally feasible, separate shipments may be arranged upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Production Variations
Because each piece is individually handcrafted, minor variations in dimensions, precious metal weight, gemstone characteristics, finish, or other natural characteristics may occur.
Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted fine jewelry and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.
