Gift Card Policy

Purpose
This Gift Card Policy provide a general overview of the purchase, redemption, and use of Adonia Fine Jewelry Gift Cards.
Purchasing Gift Cards
Adonia Fine Jewelry Gift Cards are available in selected denominations and may be purchased through our website or other authorized sales channels. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase unless otherwise specified.
Please ensure the recipient's email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.
Delivery
Gift Cards are generally delivered shortly after successful payment authorization.
Delivery times may vary depending on payment verification procedures, email service providers, technical issues, or other operational considerations.
If a Gift Card has not been received within a reasonable period following purchase, please contact our Client Care team for assistance.
Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed towards eligible purchases made through Adonia Fine Jewelry.
Gift Cards may be used in one or more transactions until the available balance has been exhausted.
Where the purchase price exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed in the currency in which they were issued, unless otherwise determined by Adonia Fine Jewelry.
Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiry
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, Gift Cards do not expire.
Where an expiry date applies, it will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Promotional Gift Cards
Promotional Gift Cards, promotional credits, or complimentary vouchers may be subject to separate terms and conditions communicated at the time of issue.
Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Use
Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
Adonia Fine Jewelry is generally unable to replace Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, or used without the cardholder's authorization, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe your Gift Card has been compromised, please contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances and, where reasonably practicable, determine whether assistance can be provided.
Returns
Unused Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be returned, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Where a purchase made using a Gift Card is eligible for a refund under our applicable policies or applicable law, any amount originally paid using a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card. Where the original purchase was made using both a Gift Card and another payment method, refunds may be allocated between the Gift Card and the original payment method in a manner determined by Adonia Fine Jewelry, subject to applicable law.
Fraud & Misuse
Adonia Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or limit the use of a Gift Card where reasonably considered necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, address suspected misuse, or protect the integrity of our business, clients, or payment systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adonia Fine Jewelry shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to use a Gift Card resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet disruptions, payment processing delays, or other operational issues.
Nothing in this Gift Card Policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
